These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the Artifakt Labs website, as well as the contracting of artificial intelligence automation services, virtual assistant development and related technology solutions.

By accessing and using this website, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any provision, you should refrain from using the website.

4. Services

Artifakt Labs offers the following services:

  • Implementation of AI voice receptionists and assistants;
  • Automation of workflows and business processes;
  • Development of custom intelligent systems;
  • Automation and artificial intelligence consulting.

The specific conditions of each service (scope, deadlines, pricing and deliverables) will be defined in a proposal or individual contract agreed between the parties.

All content published on this website — including, but not limited to, text, images, logos, design, source code and graphic elements — is the property of Artifakt Labs or its licensors, and is protected by Portuguese and European copyright and intellectual property law.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date of its conclusion, without giving any reason and without incurring additional costs, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.

This right does not apply to services that have been fully performed with the prior express consent of the consumer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Artifakt Labs endeavours to keep the information on the website up to date and accurate, but does not guarantee that it is free from errors, interruptions or that it is current at all times.

Artifakt Labs shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the website;

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these terms, the courts of the district of Viseu shall have jurisdiction, to the exclusion of any other.
